Bertie Ollene Perdue

Bertie Ollene Perdue, age 89, of Albany, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025. She was born to the late Frank and Velma Perdue and was loved dearly by her family throughout her life.

Bertie was preceded in death by her two sons, Russell Aaron and Donnie Aaron, as well as seven siblings: Dottie Askren, Bernice Reagon, Beulah Perdue, Walter Perdue, Ernest Perdue, Paris Perdue, and Everett Hall Perdue.

She leaves behind a loving family including her two daughters, Holly (Ronnie) Moreland and Belinda Hill. Additionally, Bertie is survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. A special mention goes to her niece, JoAnn Felkins, who was not only family but also a cherished sister to her.

Bertie's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her legacy will continue to live on through her family.

Burial will be in Highway Cemetery.
