Billy Norris, age 74, of Albany, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Bill and Rosenell Norris and is preceded in death by his brother, Larry Norris.
Billy is survived by his brother, Ronnie Norris, along with his special caretakers, Sharon Wells and Bruce Kozloski. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins who will cherish his memory.
He worked in the Clinton County School System for many years.
Billy's life was marked by the love he shared with his family and friends. He will be remembered fondly by those who knew him.
A GRAVESIDE SERVICE WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY AT 11:00 AM AT PEOLIA CEMETERY.
Burial will be in Peolia Cemetery.
