Carol Nicholas

Carol Nicholas, age 84, of Albany passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Bill and Katherine Smith. She was the wife of the late Oren Dale Nicholas. She was also preceded in death by 3 siblings, Sarah Bernice, Willie K. Smith, and Clarence Smith.

She is survived by 3 children, Sherri Nicholas, Jimmy Nicholas, and Naomi Bowling; and 4 siblings, Carla Coffey (Henry), Anita Bryant (Michael), J.D. Smith, and Lynn Smith (Linda Collins). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
