He was the son of the late Earl & Sue Shelton, and was also preceded in death by his lovely wife of 58 years, Dorothy Shelton. He is survived by a son, Allen (Faye) Shelton, and a daughter, Lois (David ) Pennycuff, 6 sisters: Helen Hunter, Bonnie (Gilbert) Gibson, Tempie (Bill) Tidmore, Diane (Jack) Roberts, Juanita Thurman, and Lisa (Vaughn) Pierce. 4 brothers: Robert Shelton, Oris (Shirley)Shelton, Eddie K.(Diane) Shelton, and Danny (Evalene) Shelton. 2 grandchildren: Nick (Tiffany) Shelton, and Justin Pennycuff. 3 great-grandchildren: Ben Shelton, Jaxon Pennycuff, and Oaklynn Pennycuff.
