Emma Barbara Cable

Emma Barbara Cable, age 85, of Albany passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026. She was the daughter of the late A.C. Claborn and Sallee Claborn. She was the wife of the late Ben Cable. She was also preceded in death by 1 son, Ricky Claborn and 3 siblings, Jeanie Claborn, Judy Widau, and Jack Claborn.

She is survived by 3 children, Lisa (Lamon) Hubbs, Greg (Amy) Claborn, and Barry (Kerry) Elliott; 3 siblings, Shelia (Dave) Duvall, Francis Smith, and Mark (Debbie) Claborn; 7 grandchildren, Dusty Garrett, Ashley (Chris) Ipock, Lamon Tyler (Keisha) Hubbs, Chase (Taylor) Claborn, Madison (Evan) Dearborn, Morgan Elliott, Kaitlyn Nybro; and 8 great-grandchildren, Codey Robertson, Hayden Garrett, Sadie Ipock, Cade Ipock, Ezra Claborn, Oliver Claborn, Sage Hubbs, and Baby Arden Dearborn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donation to the Peolia Cemetery Fund.

Burial will be in Peolia Cemetery.
