Everett Lee Neal

Everett Lee Neal, age 83, of Albany passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025. He was the son of the late Everett P. and Gladys (McFall) Neal. He was also preceded in death by 1 great-nephew, Dalton Anson.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Della Jane Neal; his daughter, Teresa (BJ) Butler; his granddaughter, Dana Guffey (Noah Byford); his sister, Doris Ann (the late Jim) Orton; and his niece, Cindy Anson. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren, 1 step-great-great-grandchild, and a host of other family and friends, as well as his special friend, Harvey Aaron.

He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to Pine Grove Cemetery Fund.

Burial will be in Davis Chapel Cemetery.
