James E. Cooper age 77 of Albany, died Sunday November 6, 2011 at the Clinton County Care and Rehab. Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. from Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Roger McDonald and Bro. Michael Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Craig Cemetery with military honors.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.
Mr. James Cooper was the brother of Lester Cooper
He is also survived by several nieces and nephews
