James Ed "Tiger" Griffin, age 69, of Albany passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026. He was the son of the late James Arthur and Lillie Maxine Griffin.
He is survived by his 4 children, Stacy (Johny) Murphy, James Griffin, Joseph McKay Griffin, and Matthew Griffin; 2 grandchildren, Callie Melton and Haley Melton; 2 siblings, Jeff Griffin and Debbie (Mark) Lowhorn; and special friends, Becky Masiongale and Jessica Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
THE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2026 AT 1:00 PM AT LEE'S CHAPEL CHURCH. VISITATION WILL BE HELD AT 10:00 AM MONDAY UNTIL TIME OF THE SERVICE AT LEE'S CHAPEL CHURCH.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
