James Elvis Wayne Kempton

James Elvis Wayne Kempton, age 37, of Albany, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025. He was the beloved son of Anna Kempton and the late Gary Kempton.

James is lovingly remembered by his wife, Erica Kempton; his mother, Anna Kempton; his two cherished daughters, Chloe and Emma Kempton; and his sister, Julie Kempton. He is also survived by his niece Marilyn Goatee, and nephews Tony Groce, and Maeson Goatee.

A man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, James had a passion for hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors. He was a hardworking man who dedicated himself to supporting his family each and every day. Known for his knowledge, work ethic, and problem-solving skills, James was a tech-savvy fixer who could always be counted on to lend a hand.

James leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will continue to resonate with all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.

Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
