Joan Deloris Conner

Joan Deloris Conner, age 85, of Richmond, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Harold Kerrigan and Thelma Busby. She was also preceded in death by 4 siblings, Ronnie Kerrigan, Eddie Kerrigan, Beverly Rathburn, and Kaye McCowan.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur Conner; 2 sons, Robert (Kimberly) Williams and Mike (Teresa) Williams; 3 daughters, Tammy (James) Gross, Tina Conner, and Kim Conner; and 1 brother, Pete (Joanne) Kerrigan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Land's Chapel Cemetery.
