Joan Talbott, age 94, of Albany passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Mabel Hay. She was the wife of the late Joe Talbott. She was also preceded in death by 2 siblings, Perry Hay and Billy Hay and 1 grandchild, Nicholas Talbott.
She is survived by 2 sons, Greg (Vivian) Talbott and Morris "Mo" (Rebecca) Talbott; 5 grandchildren, India Talbott, Blake Talbott, Amos Talbott, Whitney (Reagan) Gilley, and Spenser (Katie) Talbott; and 2 great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Talbott and Emma Talbott. She is also survived by 3 sister-in-laws, Jean Talbott, Ava Talbott, and Anita Hay as well as several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Memorial Hill Cemetery.
