Lowell Kay Riddle age 65 of Albany , former Clinton County Sheriff and a Methodist minister, passed away Tuesday, July 19 in Cookeville Regional Hospital in Cookeville, Tennessee. Mr. Riddle is survived by his wife, Ann Riddle; a daughter, and son-in-law, Cindy and Doug Moreland 3 sisters, Evelyn Melton and Charlotte Riddle of Albany and Saundra (Dan) Cook of North Carolina; 1 Brother and sister-in-law, Jaynes and Brenda Riddle of Albany. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren: Annie Kay (Luke) Moons and Clint & Clay Moreland.
