Lanny K. Stockton

Lanny K. Stockton, aged 73, of Albany, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Martin Stockton and Roxie Davidson. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Margeret Guffey and Peggy Stearns, as well as three brothers, Howard Stockton, Jimmy Stockton, and Wayne Stockton.

Lanny is survived by his cherished wife of 54 years, Kathy Stockton. Together they raised three wonderful children: Amy (Frank) Irwin, Shane Stockton, and Carly Stockton. He leaves behind his sister, Alice Davidson, his brother, Bruce Stockton, and five adoring grandchildren: Cody, Stephen, Carson, Parker, and Kameron.

Lanny will be remembered for his kind spirit and the joy he brought to the lives of those who knew him. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Burial will be in Burchett Cemetery.
