He was the son of the late William A. "Fuzz" Boils and the late Gwynna Sue Rigney Boils, and also preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Ann Reagan Boils, and a sister Lynn Shelton.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Tiffany (David) Stinson, Brittany (Jeremy) Poore, and Olivia Boils. A brother, Terry (Teresa) Boils, along with five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
