Michael Hatfield, age 89, of Florida passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026. He was the son of the late James A. and Betty S. Hatfield. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Anne Oliver and his stepdaughter, Ragan Gibson.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Tuggle Hatfield; his son, Jason Hatfield; his daughter, Holly Hatfield; his stepson, Patton Gibson; 2 nephews, Staton Oliver and Jordan Oliver; and his grandchildren, Kayla Hatfield, Garrett Hatfield, Crosby Hatfield-Rudin, Desmond Hatfield-Rudin, and Wyatt Gibson.
A GRAVESIDE SERVICE WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 AT 11:00 AM AT HIGHWAY CEMETERY.
Burial will be in Highway Cemetery.
