Peggy Thurman Denney

Peggy Thurman Denney, age 72, of Albany passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Imon and Mable Thurman. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Denney; 2 siblings, Hack Thurman and Alfred Thurman; and 2 great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her special friend, Ronnie Jones; 8 children, Trish Hardin Rhule, Tammy Hardin Hatcher, Misty (Michael) Madison, Brittany (Sam) Wright, Lora Jones, Chris (Danielle) Gates, Jesse (Kelcie) Jones, Bucky (Amanda) Jones; 7 siblings, Patsy Harris, Phyllis South, James Thurman, Shelby Thurman, Bobby Thurman, Anna Mae Thrasher, and Collene Powell; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Jordan, Zach, Latosha, Cody, Pegan, Lance, Zayden, Keylee, Keaston, Lilly, Everleigh, Maddox, Bodie, Camrick, Ava, Carter, Scarllett, Braydon, Jaden, Aiden, Easton, Dixie, Carley, Bentley. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Highway Cemetery.
