Randall E. Neal Jr.

Randall E. Neal Jr, age 57, of Alpha, Kentucky passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026. He was the son of Shelia Kay Neal and the late Randall Everett Neal.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Neal whom he wed on July 7, 2002; his mother, Shelia Kay Neal; 2 step-children, Scott Slaven and Kenny (Jessica) Hartman; 3 step-grandchildren, Mya Slaven, Nevin Slaven, and Josephine Hartman; 1 brother, Ronnie Neal; 1 sister-in-law, Rose Neal; and 2 nieces, Hailey Irwin (Butch) and Kasey Neal (Butch).

Burial will be in Owens Cemetery.
