A member of Highway Church of the Nazarene, she is survived by her husband, Gene Witham, 4 daughters, Susan Delk, Stephanie Delk Covert, Vickie Finkes, and Tonya Holland; 3 sons, Jeff Avery & Karen, Randy Avery & Stephanie, and Daniel & wife Lauren Witham. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late James Earl and Clarice Willen Butler.
