Shirley Helen Shelton

Shirley Helen Shelton, age 75, of Albany passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Clure Herman and Mary Jane Thompson. She was the wife of the late Willard Ray Shelton, whom she wed on October 22, 1964. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Kay Shelton and 5 siblings, Jerry Thompson, Freddie Thompson, Larry Thompson, Cornelius Thompson, and Jean Lowhorn.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Judy Lynn (Johnny) Schmenk, Dana Ray Shelton, and Angela Helen (Adam) Marcum; 2 sisters, Mary-Nell (Bobby) McIver and Martha Thompson; 4 brothers, Darrel (Gearldene) Thompson, Donald (Sue) Thompson, Ricky (Audrey) Thompson, and Joe (Carol) Thompson. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Asa and Avi Willa; and her brother-in-law, Billie Shelton and sister-in-law, Francine Shelton.

Burial will be in Shelton Cemetery.
