Velma Colleen Williams, age 89, of Pall Mall, Tennessee passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024.
She was the daughter of the late Donald and Jewell Russell.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Earl Russell and Harold Russell.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Dennis) Parrigin,
three (3) grandchildren, Lee (Tammy) Parrigin, Matt (Courtney) Parrigin, and Renee (Steven) Gray,
and seven (7) great-grandchildren, Haley Gibson, Aleigha Parrigin, Mackenzee Parrigin, Bailee Parrigin, Bentley Creekmore, William Gray, and AnnaGrace Gray.
Burial will be in Campbell Cemetery.
