He was the son of the late James Allen Perdue.  Survivors include his mother, Zena Jones Perdue, a sister, Kathy Pickens, and two brothers: Jeff (Tracy) Perdue, and Lonnie (Sandy) Perdue.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Perdue.
