Bostwick, & Ava Grace Phillips; 3 step-grandchildren:
Brenton Bostwick, Grant Bostwick, & Blake Bostwick;
also survived by 1 niece and 1 nephew.
Preceded in death by a brother, Lowell G. Phillips,
and a sister, Maxine Phillips Warf, and a nephew,
Gary Warf.
