Stephanie Ann (Hensley) Duvall

She is survived by her companion, Randy Avery, her parents, Steve & Mary Hensley, a daughter, Hannah Avery (John Dowdy), 2 sons, Austin & wife Gracie Duvall, and Waymon Avery, her ex-husband, Kevin Duvall, 2 sisters Angela & husband Earl Polston, and Caitlin & husband Allen Bell, her maternal grandmother, Martha Thrasher, and her paternal grandmother, Erlene Hensley, along with 2 grandchildren: Nikko Doughty and Luanna Duvall.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Waymon Thrasher, and her paternal grandfather, Stanley Hensley.
